These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to every order placed through the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Effective date: September 17, 2026.

1. Products

We sell two Wellaray products: Coffee Booster (a food supplement in single-serve sachets, 20 sachets per box) and Probiotic Blend (a dietary supplement in capsules, 90 capsules per bottle). Both are sold for personal use only, not for resale. The ingredient list, directions and warnings printed on the pack prevail over any description on the Site. Product images are for illustration.

Every order is a one-time purchase. Nothing on this Site is a subscription: no order renews, nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel. After the checkout you may be shown one optional add-on (extra bottles of Probiotic Blend); it is charged only if you expressly accept it, at the price shown on that page.

2. Ordering and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation e-mail; the contract for a product is concluded when that product is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

Please check the order confirmation and tell us immediately at support@wellarayhq.com if anything is wrong. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed; see the Return & Refund Policy for your options.

3. Prices, shipping charges and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of the checkout you use and include the product only. The shipping charge is displayed before you confirm the order and added to the total:

Any sales tax or VAT we are required to collect is stated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and fees in the destination country are set by that country, are not included in the price and are your responsibility (see the Shipping Policy). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees that we do not control.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay; Klarna is offered on the German checkout. The full amount is charged when you place the order. Payment details are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. If a payment is declined or reversed, the order is not accepted.

We may correct pricing errors on the Site at any time. If the correct price of a product you ordered is higher than the price displayed, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel the order.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and always sent with tracking; the tracking link is e-mailed to you and can be looked up on the Where is my parcel? page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. 5. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Register the return by e-mail first; you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered are replaced or refunded in full. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. 6. Product use, health information and disclaimers

Coffee Booster and Probiotic Blend are food supplements, not medicines. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Read the label before use.

Wellaray products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or condition, but rather to provide a complementary supplement to the professionally assigned treatments. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak with your healthcare professional before using any food supplement. Customer reviews shown on the Site are the personal opinions of individual customers.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability

We will supply products that match their description and label and are of satisfactory quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including, where they apply, rights under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance and Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance).

8. Intellectual property

Wellaray® and the product names, packaging and images are trademarks and works of their respective owner and are used on the Site with permission. The Site content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with ordering; it may not be copied, reproduced or used for any other purpose without written consent.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and every order are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living outside Hong Kong, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in this section takes that away.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR (for claims within its limit, the Small Claims Tribunal of Hong Kong), unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.

10. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may transfer our rights and obligations under an order to another business, without affecting your rights. A delay in enforcing these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, the order confirmation and the policies referred to above are the entire agreement between you and us for your order. Communications about your order are sent by e-mail to the address you provided.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the new version on this page with a new effective date. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
