Am I signing up to anything?
No. A bundle is paid for once. There is no subscription, nothing renews and nothing needs cancelling.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Debit and credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay; the German checkout also offers Klarna.
How quickly is an order dispatched, and how long is delivery?
Orders leave within 2 business days with a tracking number. Typical standard delivery after dispatch: United States 4–7 business days; United Kingdom 7–10; Germany, Netherlands, France and Austria 5–11; the rest of Europe 10–20; Canada 9–12; Australia and New Zealand 9–14; elsewhere 10–20. These are estimates rather than promises.
Where is my parcel?
Once the parcel is dispatched the tracking details arrive by email, and the Where is my parcel? page shows the latest scan when you enter your order number, tracking number or email address.
What can I return?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery. Email first; return postage is yours and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Will I pay customs or import charges?
Possibly, on international orders — Canada and the UK are examples. The charges are set by your own country, are not included in our price and are payable by you.

Does it change how my coffee tastes?
No. The powder has no taste and dissolves while you stir; coffee, tea or water tastes the same as before.
How much caffeine does a sachet contain?
Around 30 mg, from the green coffee bean extract. By comparison, an ordinary cup of coffee carries roughly 80–100 mg.

Open one sachet and stir it into the morning drink — coffee, tea or water, hot or cold. One a day; a box holds 20. Hot or cold, either is fine.

Does it belong in the fridge?
No. The capsules keep at room temperature. A cool, dry cupboard out of direct sunlight is all it needs.
